1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of booking by contacting support@duaenoor.com, provided the parcel has not been dispatched.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the religious and educational nature of our products, returns are accepted within 7 days exclusively if an item arrives damaged, torn, or defective.

3. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Bank account/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
